1/7/2025 HOA Exec Board Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Amanda, Jill, Kat, Morgan

Called to order at 2:38pm

Fransisco – resignation. Accepted by voice vote. Will fill position at annual meeting.

Amanda – Financial report. Looking like just short of $7000 in checking at the end of the year. $3700 in outstanding dues. Most of nonpaying members don’t have emails. Some people didn’t pay their electronic payment fee; need to include instructions this year.

Annual Meeting Planning: Agree to hold May 1, 2025 7:30pm; Park (rain location at Amanda’s house 456 Overlook Pass). Topics: Officer elections, any neighborhood business (association received anonymous complaints related to structures in the neighborhood, and any discussion of bylaws/covenants related to that).
