ANNOUNCEMENTS

• The 2026 Annual Meeting will take place Thursday, May 14 at 7PM. We will be meeting at the park at Overlook Pass and Wert Road. Rain location is the Linehan residence at 456 Overlook Pass. You may view the proposed agenda here. Please bring a chair. Refreshments will be provided! As a reminder, a quorum (24 members) is required to conduct official business. We expect the official business portion of the meeting (election of officers) to be short. We will also have time to hear from members who have questions, concerns, or comments.
• Annual dues are $70 and are due by June 1, 2026. As a reminder, late dues are subject to a late fee, and dues not paid for more than three years will result in a lien placed on your property. We appreciate the effort everyone has made to keep current on their dues. We are in a much better financial position than we have been previously. Dues are payable to Willow Ridge Additions and may be mailed to Amanda Linehan at 456 Overlook Pass, Hudson, WI 54016.
