Financial report — Amanda Linehan.
Discussion of online payments/quickbooks: Amanda uses QuickBooks Desktop to manage the finances of the association. That software is being phased out by Intuit. Support on the version that I currently use is no longer available. Intuit is forcing people to switch to QuickBooks Online. Amanda requested at the March 7, 2024 Board Meeting to sign up for QB Online for 2024. Amanda’s firm (GVZ Accounting) provides a 30% discount if we do a direct bill arrangement on the subscription through Intuit. That means we would pay $21/month for the subscription. It would be billed to GVZ Accounting, and GVZ would bill us for this. Without this software, I am not going to be able to send out statements and keep the
books for the Association. The Board approved this request on March 7, 2024.

General agreement that a neighborhood get-together during the summer would be nice. Board will discuss/make arrangements.
