ALSO PLEASE NOTE that dues requests documents will not be available June 15 through June 23, 2025. Please plan accordingly. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

• The 2025 Annual Meeting will take place May 1, 2025 at 7PM. We will be meeting at the park at Overlook Pass and Wert Road. Rain location is the Linehan residence at 456 Overlook Pass. Please bring a chair. Refreshments will be provided! As a reminder, a quorum (24 members) is required to conduct official business. We expect the official business portion of the meeting (election of officers) to be short. We will also have time to hear from members who have questions, concerns, or comments.
• Annual dues are $70 and are due by June 1, 2025. As a reminder, late dues are subject to a late fee, and dues not paid for more than three years will result in a lien placed on your property. We appreciate the effort everyone has made to keep current on their dues. We are in a much better financial position than we have been previously. Dues are payable to Willow Ridge Additions and may be mailed to Amanda Linehan at 456 Overlook Pass, Hudson, WI 54016.
• We have noticed that there has been motor vehicle traffic on the outlot at Wert and Overlook Pass. As a reminder, using the lot for snowmobiling, ATVs, golf carts, or any other motor vehicles is prohibited and may result in a call to law enforcement. There is a parking area accessible on Overlook Pass, if needed. In the past, we have rented out the field to a local lacrosse team to help with the expense of keeping up the association. However, vehicle traffic on the lot has made the ground uneven and unsafe for team sports. Leveling out the field is an expense we cannot afford at this time. We hope to keep the field accessible and safe for everyone, so we ask for your help in maintaining our shared property.
